Pilates is a very effective form of exercise. It offers a combination of core strengthening, a resistance workout which is like weight training, and stretching. You can work out target muscles. Pilates can be used as a regular workout, or if your injured it can be physical therapy for your shoulders and back. We have three reformers available for small sessions of 2-3 people, or private sessions. We offer one complimentary reformer session for new clients.
